Job Details

• Perform electrical repairs in communities, HOAs, and Individual properties areas, including lights and laundry.

• Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.

• Install and replace floors, stairs, and piping as needed.

• Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, and other parts of the building.

• Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.

• Ability to safely use common power and hand tools

• Experience installing and replacing plumbing systems

• Strong communication skills with property management and tenants and the office.

• Self-starter with good time management skills and the ability to critically think.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs
• Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks, etc.)
• Undertake installation or carpentry (e.g. build cabinets) as needed
•  Make repairs to electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks as required
• Identify and report the need for major repairs tto the office.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a handyman
• Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems
• Basic math skills
• Good communication ability
• Well-organized excellent in problem-solving and critical thinking
• Attention to detail
• Team Player
