We are building a company that will focus on direct to homeowner services that places emphasis on preventive maintenance, upgrading systems along with some emergency services. We need HAVC technicians that want to have their hard work rewarded.

We require technicians to have the following:

Able to sell jobs and/or quote customer pricing

Adhere to the highest standards of quality, and safety

Skilled in diagnosing multiple HVAC and Heating problems

Skilled in installing most HVAC units and parts.

Understanding the process of completing invoices to keep accurate paperwork and receipts

Need to have your own hand tools

Must have a valid driver's license

Must have reliable transportation but there is a possibility of a company van

Job Recommend:

Bilingual is a plus.

Have a neat/clean appearance

Knowledge of California HVAC Code

Able to lift heavy equipment and occasionally work in tight spaces

Must be able to work week days and every other Saturday.

Must be able to handle all San Diego area.

Bonuses are available depending on job completion.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Starting at $20.00 per hour  and it goes up from there depending upon experience, pay based on skill set and experience.
