The job of a Shop Assistant is to move and park client vehicles in a manner that will ensure smooth and efficient flow through the facility, keep the shop facility clean and free of hazards, get client and shop vehicles washed and assist technicians as needed to increase client satisfaction.

We have an immediate opening for a Shop Assistant!

You will be working in a fast-paced and very high volume shop. We are seeking candidates who thrive in that environment. You are trusted to drive our client's vehicles safely and represent the DMCC brand.

This is a full time position working Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm. All full time employees benefit from discounts in service and parts. Medical, dental and vision benefits. Company sponsored life insurance with company contributions. Paid time off and 6 holidays off.

Responsibilities
• Retrieving the clients vehicle when notified
• Keeps facility and parking lots neat and orderly
• Keeps shop vehicles and client vehicles washed as needed
• Drives vehicles to and from service drive, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications
• Ability to follow directions and instructions
• Maintaining a valid CA drivers license/clean driving record, immediately informing management of any change in license status
• Positive attitude with a high-energy personality
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Outstanding communication skills
