We focus on flipping houses in amenity-rich neighborhoods with exciting dining and entertainment options. Our homes utilize open floor plans, simple color palettes, modern touch, and clean lines to create a timeless living experience. We are well-financed and expanding from San Diego and Orange County to southern Los Angeles.

 We are looking for a Field Project Coordinator in the Orange County area to join our established and growing Real Estate Investment team.

Job Description

The Field Project Coordinator is responsible for the supervision of all field trades at our renovations- from demo to final punch. They are responsible to implement the scope of work, control quality and drive the project schedule. Flipping homes is fast paced and requires quick analysis and creative solutions. The Field Project Coordinator coordinates with the Project Manager and design team to ensure the remodel crews complete each job on time and with the highest level of quality. This position demands a broad knowledge of residential construction, from rough framing to finish carpentry and tile installation. The position also requires that the applicant is comfortable on the computer as they will be utilizing Microsoft Office, Dropbox and online programs to manage and communicate internally.

Responsibilities: 

  • Project schedule
  • Proper installation of all materials and quality control
  • Review and coordinate with engineers for structural improvements
  • Allocate resources and crews for assigned projects
  • Negotiate with contractors for onsite change orders
  • Maintain a high standard of workmanship that adheres to original plans and specifications

Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in residential construction in a supervisory role
  • Deep knowledge of residential construction means and methods
  • Ability to read architectural/structural plans
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Detail oriented
  • Solution driven
  • Computer experience required: Excel, Word
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
  • Must have a valid driver's license 

Preferred: 

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Experience:

  • Construction: 5+ years (Required)
