ATC Design Group, an Architectural, Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm located in Escondido, CA is looking for an Architectural Project Coordinator.
Qualifications:
The qualified applicant should be friendly, energetic, organized and self-motivated, as well as, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for communicating effectively with clients, consultants, contractors and team. The applicant would establish, implement and monitor the Project Schedule for each project, be the liaison between the Client, the City and the ATC Design Team, ensure that the Client’s project objectives are being met, work with the Client and Governmental Agencies to obtain Project Approvals, report directly to the Principal-in-Charge, coordinate and manage utility applications and approvals. The applicant should be proficient in using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Applications, such as Outlook, Word and Excel, and have a working knowledge of AutoCAD. A professional degree is not required but preferred.An architectural license is not required. Must have 3-5 years working experience in Architectural/Engineering field.
